The business plan is the foundation for the new business project that defines the business concept, sets out the goals and objectives, determines the financial needs and projections and defines the marketing plan. The business plan is not difficult to write, it is a logical thought out process that covers every aspect of the start up. It asks the questions you need to answer and provides the space to write out your answers. If you plan to borrow money to start your business, the lender will usually ask to see the plan to know that you have done your homework and are prepared for the journey.
